MSA Annex Celebrates its Fifth Year Anniversary! Info here
Have you heard of the Tucson Bonsai Society? Jane has shared through a friend that they have a fall workshop and monthly meetings where they have information and people can work on their bonsai-- it's a pretty cool way to spend 3 hours.
Here is a new link that describes some the more densely populated desert trees in our neighborhood. Notice that that some streets have these as a main flower color theme for that street. The blooms peak in May. This type of local flora information will be expanded in the link for Landscaping.
Dia San Juan Fiesta is coming to the Mission Garden on June 24, 6pm. Here is a flyer and some historical context. Thanks to Liza Grant who is following in the community engagement footsteps of her mother, a Menlo Park activist, Lillian Lopez Grant.
